Who, How & Where to Avail the Scheme

Who Can Avail

Women who have completed 18 years of age can avail the benefit of this scheme. Additionally, women who have been residing in the State of Goa for at least 15 years are eligible to apply.

How to Avail

Eligible women can apply for the scheme by visiting the empanelled IT Knowledge Centres (ITKCs) or Citizens Service Centres (CSCs) under the Department of Information Technology, Electronics and Communications.

Where to Apply

Applications are facilitated through CSC-VLEs registered by M/s Info Tech Corporation of Goa Ltd. (M/s ITG). These centers are responsible for implementing and processing scheme registrations.

FAQ

Applicants should visit the empanelled institute and register through the MDSY portal either on their own or with assistance from the institute. You’ll need to fill in details like Name, DOB, Gender, Address, Email ID, Phone Number, Aadhar Number, Constituency, Nationality, and Educational Qualification.

The following documents must be uploaded during registration:
  • Photograph
  • Aadhar Card
  • Residence Certificate
  • Highest Educational Qualification Certificate (if any)

You can reset your password using the “Forgot Password” option available on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email ID to receive a password reset link or OTP.

After submission, your application will be visible to ITG for verification. You can check your status on the MDSY portal. Updates will also be sent via SMS or email to your registered contact details.

No. Each applicant can register only once using a unique Aadhar number. Multiple applications using the same Aadhar number are not allowed and will be flagged as duplicates.

No. Registration and participation under the Mahila Sashaktikaran Scheme are completely free of cost.

Attendance will be marked using a biometric system integrated at the training center. 100% attendance is required to be eligible for assessments.

After successful training and attendance completion, applicants will appear for an online Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) assessment. Upon passing, a digitally signed certificate will be auto-generated and made available on the portal.

Applicants will receive an SMS/email notification once their application is approved for training.
